At Outlet Crisp Dresses Store, we take as much care with our returns policy as we do with the craftsmanship of our Ghost Archive collections and exquisite occasionwear. If your purchase doesn’t meet your expectations, we’re here to help with our straightforward returns process.
Please note: Due to the exclusive nature of our Ghost Archive pieces and certain social promotions items, these are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty.
Our Returns Policy
We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for most items (excluding those noted above). To be eligible for return, items must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- With all tags attached
- In the original packaging
How to Return an Item
Step 1: Request a Return
Email our customer service team at [email protected] with the following information:
Step 2: Wait for Approval
We’ll respond within 2 business days with return instructions and an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.
Step 3: Package and Ship
Once approved:
- Securely package the item in its original packaging
- Include a copy of your order confirmation
- Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the package
- Ship to our returns address (provided in your approval email)
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected (typically within 3-5 business days), we’ll process your refund:
- Original payment method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Timing: Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account after processing
- Original shipping costs: These are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
Exchanges
We’re happy to exchange items for a different size or color, subject to availability. Follow the same return process above, clearly stating you’d like an exchange and specifying your preferred alternative.
Faulty Items
If you receive a faulty item (a rare occurrence with our premium quality control), please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the issue. We’ll arrange a free return and either repair, replace, or refund the item.
