Shipping Information
Order Processing
We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer two shipping options to suit your needs:
- Standard Shipping (£12.95) – via DHL or FedEx
- Delivery within 10-15 business days after dispatch
- Includes tracking and signature confirmation
- Free Shipping – via EMS (for orders over £50)
- Delivery within 15-25 business days after dispatch
- Basic tracking included
Please note: We ship worldwide except to certain Asian countries and remote locations. Delivery times may vary during peak seasons or due to customs clearance.
Returns & Exchanges
While we take meticulous care in crafting our collections, we understand that sometimes returns are necessary. Our policy is designed to be as elegant and straightforward as our designs.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to their exclusive nature, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned unless faulty:
- All Ghost Archive collection pieces
- Certain social promotions items (as marked)
Eligibility for Returns
For all other items, we accept returns within 15 days of delivery. To qualify for a return:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- All original tags must be attached
- Items must be in original packaging
Return Process
Step 1: Request a Return

- Subject: Return Request – Order #[Your Order Number]
- Item name, size/color, and reason for return
- Your full name and contact number
Step 2: Wait for Approval
We’ll respond within 2 business days with return instructions and your RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.
Step 3: Package and Ship
Once approved:
- Securely repackage the item in its original packaging
- Include a copy of your order confirmation
- Clearly mark the RMA number on the package exterior
- Ship to our returns address provided in your approval email
Important: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return (typically within 3-5 business days):
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
Exchanges
We’re pleased to exchange items for a different size or color (subject to availability). Follow the standard return process, clearly indicating you’d like an exchange and specifying your preferred alternative.
Faulty Items
